May we take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in our ‘build’ for their professionalism, reliability, knowledge and pride during all stages of our recent dormer loft conversion.

We have to admit that we were dealing the proposed 6-8 weeks of building works, dust, mess and inconvenience that we thought would ensue.

However we have been presently surprised not only with the speed of construction but also how little intrusion and impact the ‘build’ had on our day to day lives. Even our neighbours regularly commented how quick the ‘build’ was completed and how the team did not stop working.

As a result we have had a few enquiries from friends and neighbours about undertaking a possible loft ‘build’ and we have wholeheartedly recommended G & M to them!

From initial planning stage to completion a big thanks to all involved especially Tom (carpenter) Chris (plumber) David, Mark Aaron (roofer) Chris (plasterer)….. gentlemen one and all!
